Why, after all the great advancements in medicine since Edison’s day, are so many people dying from poor diet? Because medicine is not a substitute for nutrition. Research has consistently shown the importance of a good diet on your health, energy levels and longevity. What you ingest also affects your mental health. For example, you can adjust your serotonin levels by varying the amount of carbohydrates in your diet.
