Welcome to CREATION Kids! This program is changing the way kids think about health, and we’re thrilled to partner with you on this mission. By the end of the eight sessions your kids will learn how to live out the eight healthy principles of CREATION Health.
This amazing experience will allow your church or small group to explore God’s healthy plan for living. Your Leader Kit contains everything you’ll need to run a fun and successful program. These materials will help you organize your program and equip your volunteers. With CREATION Kids, the children will learn Bible stories, participate in fun skits, sing meaningful songs, create relevant crafts, play games to explore concepts, and enjoy yummy snacks.

HOW CREATION KIDS WORKS
CREATION Kids is designed to be used in conjunction with the CREATION Health adult curriculum OR as an 8-week kids only program. Each session in this 8-week kids program mirrors what the adults are learning about CREATION Health. The OPENING is designed to be done with the adults and kids. This way, families learn how to be CREATION Healthy together.
The goal of CREATION Kids is to promote children’s physical, mental, and spiritual health. By actively involving parents through their own CREATION study, you’ll be able to impart spiritual and health-related knowledge more effectively to children and their families.
RESEARCH SHOWS THAT CHILDREN WHOSE PARENTS ARE INVOLVED IN THEIR LIVES ARE MORE LIKELY TO:

Parent engagement can promote positive spiritual and health behaviors among children and adolescents. For example, students who feel supported by their parents are less likely to experience emotional distress, practice unhealthy eating behaviors, consider or attempt suicide, or disengage from school and learning. In addition, efforts to promote spirituality and health among students have been shown to be more successful when parents are involved. When parents and the church work together, they can deliver clear, consistent messages to children, encouraging the development of positive spiritual and health behaviors.
THE STATIONS
CREATION KIDS IS BUILT AROUND AN INTERACTIVE GROUP OPENING AND FOUR STATIONS FOR KIDS TO LEARN. THE TEAMS ROTATE THROUGH THE STATIONS UNTIL EACH CHILD HAS VISITED EVERY STATION.
OPENING – The beginning of each day is designed for kids and their parents to enjoy together. This station introduces the CREATION Health principle of the day with a funny skit or object lesson.
BIBLE STATION – Kids experience God’s Word in a powerful and unique way. Leaders share the day’s Bible story through creative skits, audience participation, and unique object lessons.
CRAFT STATION – Arts and crafts, CREATION style. Your kids will love expressing their creative side with these fun and colorful craft ideas.
SNACK STATION – Kids help to prepare a yummy snack that ties into the day’s lesson.
GAME STATION – Kids play exciting and challenging games, which also teach and reinforce the principles of CREATION Health.
